  • The Secretariat is set up as the overall planning and strategy support organization unit. In addition to regular tasks assigned from the school principal, the Secretariat takes responsibility for holding school conferences, managing official documents, collecting school related information, and taking charge of public relations. These competencies are aimed to assist the president and all school organization units to promote and reach the goal of school administration and development well.

  • The Secretariat covers the following four work competencies´╝Ü
    • To hold important strategy conferences, regular school conferences, and administrative meetings, etc.
    • To verify official documents from school organization units. 
    • To collect school related regulations, basic information, and school history information, etc.
    • To take charge of public relations, reception to government and foreign guests and visitors, contact with media , and to release news.
